It is our office policy to collect all patient fees at the time of service – deductibles, copays, and outstanding balances. We do file primary and secondary insurance for patients as a courtesy, and we do set up payment plans for patients who do not have insurance or cannot pay their outstanding balance in full. We participate with many insurance plans. If you have a question regarding insurance network participation, please call the phone number listed on the back of your insurance card.
